The pilgrim step separator is an addition to the separating device for material bars with a diameter of 0.8 mm to 4 mm. Thanks to the toothed shape, each material bar is picked up in a separate profile and moved towards the guide channel with a clocked movement. This ensures reliable feeding of the smallest material bars into the open guide channel.

Feed and guidance of the material bar (single-stage)

The feed bar enables the material bar to be fed in stably and reliably. Thanks to the linear movement without lateral swivel-out, the feed bar enables the material bar to be changed particularly quickly.
The material bar is fed in the cycle of the automatic lathe. The guide channel is flooded with oil and fitted with inserts that can be replaced without tools and are matched to the diameter of the material bar (and the passage of the spindle).
