The feed rod can be swiveled in, enabling a particularly compact design of the bar feeder. It pushes the material bar in the cycle of the automatic lathe. Bar feeders equipped with V-technology have automatic diameter adjustment for minimum changeover times.
The required material bar diameter is entered on the control panel. The moving guide segments in the guide channel and the separating device automatically adjust to the diameter. This eliminates the need to retool the guide channel and change the feed rod over large diameter ranges.

The RS technology enables seamless guidance of the material bar up to the spindle of the automatic lathe.
The movable, oil-flooded guide module is connected directly to the spindle of the automatic lathe, moves with it and enables constant guidance of the entire material bar. As a result, the material bar is also optimally guided in the transition area between the bar feeder and the automatic lathe. RS technology guarantees maximum performance in the turning process.
