Short bar loader

As part of its bar loading magazine range, FMB Maschinenbau also offers short-bar loaders, for the automated feeding of profiled bars (e.g. round materials) up to the maximum length of the lathe spindle. These are used in particular with lathes where small and medium-sized parts series with a diameter of around six to 120 mm are manufactured. FMB material flow systems are valued in the machining sector worldwide. With sliding and fixed headstock lathes, multi-spindle and single-spindle lathes, FMB bar loading magazines, all available with optional shifting devices, are a reliable choice. All loading magazines are available with a variety of capacity adjustment sets, enabling them to be adapted perfectly to suit the material bar diameters used. At FMB the focus is on automation technology for CNC lathes, milling machines and intelligent loading and unload systems. The range therefore also includes the UNIROBOT industrial robot range. The FMB safety fence system is available as an optional extra designed especially for the robot cell.
